AtoZAIx

For Institutions

License AtoZAIx for your learners

AtoZAIx is an AI learning platform built around one thing: explanations a learner can actually follow. Schools, colleges, training providers and employers license it by seat, under a written agreement, with an administrator dashboard and learner data held in India.

Operated by AtoZAIx PRIVATE LIMITED, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Who it is for

Four kinds of buyer, one licence model

Schools and boards

Structured explanations and practice aligned to what a student is actually preparing for, across subjects and languages.

Colleges and universities

Course generation, exam simulation and document-grounded tutoring for large cohorts on one licence.

Coaching and training providers

Competitive-exam preparation with pattern-based mock tests and per-topic performance analysis.

Employers and L&D teams

Turn internal material into structured courses and assessments for staff onboarding and upskilling.

What learners get

The teaching, not just the tooling

Most platforms are judged on feature count. The thing institutions actually evaluate is whether a struggling learner understands the explanation in front of them. That is what AtoZAIx is tuned for; everything below follows from it.

Explanations built to be understood

Concepts are broken into steps with worked examples and real-world framing, not a paragraph of definition. This is the part institutions evaluate first, and it is what the platform is tuned for.

Courses generated to a goal

A topic and an objective become a complete multi-module course, with a completion certificate at the end.

Exam simulation

Pattern-based mock tests with instant scoring and per-topic strength and weakness analysis.

Study material from their own documents

A learner uploads notes or a PDF and gets grounded answers, summaries, flashcards and mind maps from that material.

Multiple languages

Explanations and mini-courses can be produced in the language a learner thinks in, which matters most for first-generation learners.

Daily current affairs

Exam-ready briefings with analysis and audio, refreshed daily.

What administrators get

A dashboard that respects the learner

Seat accounting

Seats used against seats contracted, with pending invitations counted so the number never understates commitment.

Roster and progress

Who is enrolled, when they were last active, exams attempted, average score, streak and activity volume.

Invitations by email or CSV

Invite individually or upload a roster. Each invitation is single-use, expires in 14 days and binds to the address it was issued to.

Role separation

Owners and administrators see the organisation. Learners see only their own learning.

What administrators cannot see. Chat transcripts, uploaded documents and exam answer sheets are not exposed to administrators, and the restriction is enforced in the database rather than only in the interface. Progress is visible; content is not. This matters most for the under-18 learners the DPDP Act treats as children.

Licensing

Three seat bands, quoted per engagement

Startup

10–50 users

A department, a single campus programme, or a small training team.

Business

51–200 users

A whole college cohort, a coaching centre, or a company L&D programme.

Institution

200+ users

A university, a school group, or a multi-site training provider.

Pricing is quoted per engagement rather than published, because it depends on seat count, term and sector. Billing is by invoice in Indian Rupees, exclusive of GST, with tax deducted at source supported.

How it works

From enquiry to enrolled learners

  1. 1

    Enquiry

Tell us the sector, rough seat count and what your learners are preparing for.

  2. 2

    Review

The Enterprise Agreement, DPA and SLA are already published. Review or redline them before anything is signed.

  3. 3

    Order Form

Seat count, term and fees are recorded in a signed Order Form, which is what makes the agreement binding.

  4. 4

    Provisioning

AtoZAIx creates the workspace and names your owner.

  5. 5

    Invitations

Your administrator invites learners by email or uploads a roster. Learners sign in with their own accounts; nothing is installed.

Questions

Questions institutions ask

Can schools and companies license AtoZAIx for their learners?
Yes. AtoZAIx is licensed to institutions by named seat under a written agreement, in three bands: Startup for 10 to 50 users, Business for 51 to 200, and Institution for 200 or more. Pricing is quoted per engagement rather than published, because it depends on seat count, term and sector.
Where is learner data stored?
Learner data is held at rest in India, in the Mumbai region. Some processing necessarily leaves India at the moment a request is made — a prompt is transmitted to the AI model provider to generate a response — and every sub-processor involved is listed by name, function and location in the Data Processing Addendum.
Is customer data used to train AI models?
No. AtoZAIx does not use customer data or learner data to train or fine-tune AI models, and contracts with its model providers on paid API terms under which submitted content is not used to train their models. The commitment is contractual, in clause 7 of the Enterprise Agreement and clause 13 of the Data Processing Addendum.
What can an administrator see about an individual learner?
Enrolment and progress only: last active, exams attempted, average score, XP, streak and activity volume. Administrators cannot read chat transcripts, uploaded documents or exam answer sheets. That boundary is enforced in the database, not only in the interface.
How does AtoZAIx handle learners under 18 under the DPDP Act?
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 treats anyone under eighteen as a child and requires verifiable consent from a parent or guardian. In an institutional deployment the institution is the Data Fiduciary and obtains that consent before enrolling the learner. AtoZAIx serves no advertising, builds no behavioural profiles of learners, and conducts no tracking of children.
What uptime does AtoZAIx commit to?
The Service Level Agreement commits to 99.5% monthly availability for the core platform, with service credits of 5% to 30% of the monthly fee if it is missed. AI generation is measured separately on a commercially reasonable efforts basis, because it depends on a third-party model provider whose capacity AtoZAIx does not control. When AI generation is unavailable the core platform stays up, so learners keep access to courses and material already generated.
What contracts are involved?
Three published documents plus a signed Order Form: the Enterprise Agreement covering commercial terms, the Data Processing Addendum covering DPDP and GDPR obligations, and the Service Level Agreement covering availability and support. All three are public and can be reviewed or redlined before anything is signed.
How long does it take to onboard an institution?
Once an Order Form is signed, the workspace is provisioned by AtoZAIx and the named owner can invite learners immediately, individually or by uploading a roster. Learners sign in with their own accounts; no software is installed.
Does AtoZAIx integrate with our existing LMS?
Not today. AtoZAIx runs alongside an existing LMS rather than inside it, and learners access it directly in a browser. If an integration is a requirement for your deployment, raise it during the enquiry so it can be scoped honestly rather than assumed.
How is billing handled for an institution?
By invoice against the Order Form, in Indian Rupees unless agreed otherwise, exclusive of GST. Tax deducted at source is supported. Institutions are not asked to pay by card through the consumer checkout.
